This baby quilt kit features a checkerboard layout with 18 pre-printed squares for you to embroider with DMC embroidery floss. Patterned fabric squares alternate with the embroidered squares, with matching pre-cut borders.  The quilt is framed with a gingham binding and backed with super-soft Minky. You choose the color scheme. This kit includes everything you need to make a gorgeous 42” X 54” quilt—the perfect crib size. All you need to supply is the batting. Kit arrives in a classic cotton drawstring bag suitable for gift giving .
